Great Sutton, UK — November 5, 2025: Robert Forbes, 45, of Sutton Way, Ellesmere Port, was arrested on Friday, October 31, in connection with multiple criminal offences.
Forbes has been charged with one count of burglary, three counts of theft from a motor vehicle, and one count of fraud.
He appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Monday, November 3, and was released on conditional bail. Forbes is next scheduled to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Monday, December 1.
