A 20-year-old man, Reason Sanford, is under arrest after being accused of breaking into a unit at the Holiday Towers in Sinajana last Friday. Sanford is facing charges of burglary and theft.
According to court documents, the victim returned home to find Sanford sitting on the couch and drinking a glass of wine. The victim told police he did not know the suspect. When asked what he was doing in the residence, Sanford allegedly became aggressive, yelling as he exited the unit.
Sanford remained at the scene until law enforcement arrived. Officers noted that the residence appeared to be in disarray.
Sanford’s bail has been set at $500.
