LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A woman was arrested Sunday morning after allegedly shooting a man during a dispute in Louisville’s California neighborhood.
According to Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, officers responded around 5 a.m. to reports of a shooting in the 2300 block of West Broadway.
Police found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Authorities say the victim and a woman engaged in an argument in the parking lot of a nearby closed business, during which the woman allegedly fired the shots.
Court documents reveal there is video evidence of the incident.
Rayven Symone Turks, 34, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault related to the shooting.
