The Ranchi Police on Sunday arrested three miscreants from Pithoria in connection with a series of house thefts across Pithoria, Lalpur, and Kanke police station limits.
The accused have been identified as Farhan Ahmad, Zeshan Arham, and Fardeen Mandal. Police recovered two scooters, a bike, a mobile phone, and cash from them.
Authorities said that the trio had been targeting empty houses, stealing jewellery, cash, and other valuables. Following these incidents, Ranchi police formed a special team to conduct raids and apprehend the culprits.
The police confirmed that investigations are ongoing to trace any accomplices who may have aided the accused in committing these thefts.
This operation highlights the proactive measures by Ranchi authorities to curb house burglaries and recover stolen property efficiently.
