JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — A Johnstown man is behind bars after allegedly breaking into Sargent’s Stadium at the Point and stealing property belonging to the Johnstown Mill Rats baseball team.

Ramal Warner, 35, was arrested following a weeks-long search and is currently held in the Cambria County Prison in Ebensburg, unable to post $50,000 bail, court documents show.

The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on May 30, when Warner was reportedly caught on surveillance footage stealing various items from inside the stadium. His image and identity were later released by the Johnstown Police Department in early June, prompting a community-wide effort to locate him.

Warner was arraigned on July 3 before District Magistrate David Beyer and is charged with:

Felony burglary

Felony criminal trespass

Misdemeanor theft

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 16 in front of District Judge Brian Subich.

Authorities have not yet disclosed the exact list of stolen items, but confirmed they were linked to the Mill Rats organization.
