Raheim Clifton, 30, of Dover, Delaware, was arrested by Delaware State Police in connection to a felony theft investigation involving the Little Creek Volunteer Fire Company.

On April 19, 2025, troopers were dispatched to the fire company’s location at 311 Main Street in Leipsic after officials discovered over $3,600 in unauthorized charges on the organization’s credit card.

Investigators learned that Clifton, then a member of the fire company, had obtained the card and used it for personal expenses. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.

Clifton turned himself in at Troop 3 on April 27, 2025, where he was formally charged and later arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7. He was released on his own recognizance.

He now faces the following charges:

Felony Theft ($1,500 or more)

Felony Unlawful Use of a Payment Card Over $1,500

Two Counts of Unlawful Use of a Payment Card Under $1,500

Authorities confirmed that Clifton is no longer affiliated with the fire company following the incident.
