MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Four men have been arrested in connection with a large-scale cargo theft operation involving stolen trailers packed with electronics, appliances, and other merchandise, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began on December 4, 2024, when a 911 call reported two semi-trailers missing from Forest Park, Georgia. GPS data traced both trailers to Macon — one found abandoned on Eisenhower Parkway near I-475, the other on Antioch Road. Both trailers were empty, with only pallets remaining inside.

Months later, on June 15, 2025, another trailer was reported stolen. It had last been seen two days earlier parked in the 3400 block of Napier Avenue in Macon. The trailer had been loaded in Atlanta with flat-screen TVs, mini fridges, sinks, wall mounts, and consumable goods.

On July 21, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant at a property on Bartlett Street in Macon, recovering stolen items and multiple trailers linked to the thefts.

The suspects were identified as:

Quintin Marques Barkley and Travis Dewaine Harvey – both charged with felony theft by taking and violating the Georgia RICO Act.

Willie Bernard Bigby – charged with felony theft by taking, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and violating the Georgia RICO Act. He was also wanted in Dooly County.

Terrell Jamelle Cordy – charged with felony theft by taking, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and violating the Georgia RICO Act. Cordy was out on bond for several prior charges, including hit and run, fleeing police, and obstruction. His bond has been revoked.

All four suspects were denied bond and remain in custody at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
