A 31-year-old man, Quentin Raymar Price, was arrested in Horry County on Wednesday and charged with three counts of fentanyl trafficking, according to booking records.

The arrest followed a series of controlled drug purchases conducted by the Horry County Police Department’s Gang Unit. The first controlled buy occurred in November 2024 near Myrtle Beach, where Price allegedly sold illegal drugs. A second controlled purchase took place in February 2025, with both incidents resulting in drugs that tested positive for fentanyl.

The total weight of the fentanyl seized was over 14 grams.

Price’s bond has been set at $45,000, and according to booking records, he remains incarcerated as he awaits further proceedings.
