Former adult film star Phylicia Anne, also known as Amanda Lynn Gullesserian, was arrested in Texas on January 22 on federal charges of embezzlement and theft of labor union assets. Gullesserian, 36, is accused of stealing $3,873.50 from the International Entertainment Adult Union (IEAU) via a linked debit card.
According to court documents, federal authorities took her into custody at her residence and plan to transfer her to California for further proceedings. A warrant for her arrest was issued on December 17, following a grand jury indictment in October 2024.
The charges stem from an alleged period of embezzlement from December 2019 through May 2021, during which Gullesserian, as an officer of the IEAU, reportedly used the union’s debit card to cover personal expenses. The indictment details the theft of union funds, affecting interstate and foreign commerce, with Gullesserian accused of intentionally defrauding the IEAU.
She faces legal proceedings that will address the federal charges in connection with her actions while in a leadership position within the labor organization.
