Chorpa Khurd: A brutal murder case has come to light in Chorpa Khurd village, where police have arrested four people, including a woman and her alleged lover, for the killing of her father-in-law. The victim was found dead in a guava orchard with his throat and wrist slit, triggering an intense police investigation.
The deceased has been identified as Subachchan alias Gedi Rajbhar (65). Police said he was murdered after he discovered his daughter-in-law Pinky Rajbhar’s extramarital relationship with a relative, Ram Milan Rajbhar.
According to investigators, Pinky Rajbhar and Ram Milan Rajbhar, along with two other accomplices, allegedly hatched a conspiracy to eliminate Subachchan. Police revealed that the accused lured the elderly man to the guava orchard under the pretext of a drinking party.
Once there, Subachchan was allegedly attacked with a sharp weapon, resulting in fatal injuries. His body was later found with severe wounds to the throat and wrist.
All four accused have been arrested and are currently in police custody. The murder weapon has also been recovered. Police said the case was cracked through sustained interrogation and local intelligence inputs.
Further investigation is underway to establish the precise sequence of events and the individual roles of each accused in the crime.
