WEST CHESTER, PA — A 33-year-old Philadelphia woman, Moynea Davis, was arrested earlier this month following an alleged theft incident in West Chester Borough.
On January 16, 2025, at approximately 7:30 a.m., West Chester Borough Police responded to a reported theft in progress on the 600 block of South Church Street. Upon arrival, officers identified Davis as the suspect.
After an investigation at the scene, Davis was taken into custody. She faces charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Davis was processed and transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment.
Authorities remind the public that all individuals charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
