A 21-year-old man, Nikesh Basnet, who has no fixed address, has been charged with theft following an incident at Bentley Bridge Retail Park. The incident took place on April 27, and Basnet was remanded to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 8.
The charge stems from a police response to the retail park on May 6, when officers arrested Basnet in connection with the alleged theft. The West Midlands Police spokesperson confirmed that this arrest led to the formal charge, and Basnet is now set to face legal proceedings.
