Seneca Falls, N.Y. — A targeted drug enforcement operation by the Seneca Falls Police Department led to the arrest of two individuals, both facing serious charges.
46-year-old Neil McMillen was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, both felonies, as well as two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
32-year-old Cody Chase was also arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Both individuals were processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where they are being held pending arraignment.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have indicated that further charges may be filed as they continue their efforts.
