A 47-year-old man from Paragould faces felony charges after being arrested during a recent incident at a local scrapyard.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Paragould officers responded to a breaking or entering call at a scrapyard around 10:00 PM on March 14. Upon arrival, they found Nathan Warren on the premises. Authorities discovered Warren in possession of burglary tools and a glass pipe commonly associated with methamphetamine use.
Warren admitted to entering the fenced-in property but insisted that he had not stolen anything, the affidavit states. Despite his claims, officers took him into custody and transported him to Greene County Jail.
Warren has been charged with Breaking or Entering and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both Class D felonies. Judge Dan Stidham set his bail at $20,000, with a cash-only requirement, an ankle monitor, and a no-contact order in place.
