Naresh Vankar, Executive Magistrate Arrested in Vadodara Prohibition Case”

Vadodara officer arrested for involvement in prohibition violation

An Executive Magistrate-cum-Deputy Mamlatdar from Padra taluka in Vadodara district, Naresh Vankar, was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a prohibition-related incident, according to officers from the Akota Police Station.

The incident occurred late on Tuesday night when the Vadodara City Control Room received a report about a car stuck in a pit with an unconscious driver inside. Upon arriving at the scene, Akota Police Station officers discovered the driver alone in the vehicle, showing signs of intoxication. Vankar, identified as the driver, was subsequently arrested for violating prohibition laws.
