WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Authorities have arrested Josue Zepeda Padilla, a high-ranking MS-13 gang member, wanted in Suffolk County, New York, for robbery, kidnapping, and gang assault of a 15-year-old boy.
Community Shaken by Arrest
The 30th Street and Gilmer Avenue neighborhood was left in shock following the Wednesday morning raid. Local resident Bruce Kennedy described the tense scene, saying, “We were all scared. I don’t even want to go near that road now.”
Dramatic Capture
Law enforcement, including local police, moved in swiftly. Zepeda Padilla attempted to escape but fell through a neighbor’s ceiling before being taken into custody.
