Kavoor police arrested a man and seized ganja and MDMA valued at Rs 11.5 lakh after finding him acting suspiciously near Bangrakulur on Wednesday.

The accused, identified as Mohammed Rayees alias Mohammed Rayees Sheikh (28) from Bhatkal, Uttara Kannada district, was spotted during routine rounds while police were patrolling within the Kavoor police station limits.
