OTSEGO COUNTY, N.Y. — On Oct. 9, Otsego County Probation Officers enlisted the help of sheriff’s deputies for a traffic stop, which led to multiple arrests.
Derek Jordan, 45, of Milford, was driving without a valid license while on probation and was taken into custody for vehicle and traffic law violations and a probation breach.
A subsequent search of Jordan’s residence uncovered Keith Blush, 45, and Ashley Goble, 30, both wanted on active warrants by New York State Police and New Hartford Police, respectively. Investigators also observed a firearm, suspected drugs, and drug paraphernalia in plain view.
After obtaining a search warrant, all three were formally arrested:
Derek Jordan: Criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
Keith Blush: Criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Ashley Goble: Criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Jordan and Blush were processed and held at the Otsego County Correctional Facility pending arraignment. Goble received an appearance ticket and was turned over to New Hartford Police for her active warrant.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges may be filed.
