Michelle Vance, 44, and Scott Keithan, 50, both of Lyndon, were arrested following a retail theft investigation in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.
According to authorities, the incident began on March 20 at Morrison’s Feed Bag on Memorial Drive. After reviewing security camera footage, troopers and officers from the St. Johnsbury Police Department received tips from the public that helped identify a vehicle linked to the theft.
The following day, law enforcement located the vehicle at a gas station on Portland Street and tracked the suspects to a nearby residence, where both individuals were taken into custody.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and additional details, including specific charges, are expected to be released.
