Michael Rooks & Amanda Reading Arrested for Drug & Weapon Charges in Skiatook

Two convicted felons arrested after search warrant uncovers drugs, gun, and assault

SKIATOOK, OKLA (KTUL) — On Saturday, Skiatook police officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of S. Russell, leading to the arrest of two convicted felons.

Assisted by the Collinsville Police Department and the Osage County Sheriff’s Office, officers uncovered illicit narcotics, a firearm, and drug paraphernalia during the search.

Michael Rooks and Amanda Reading were arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including possession of marijuana, Hydrocodone, Buprenorphine, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm after a previous felony conviction.

Additionally, both individuals face charges of domestic assault and battery, as well as neglect of a vulnerable adult.
