St. Albans Man Arrested After Major Drug Seizure
ST. ALBANS, W.Va. – A 63-year-old man is facing charges following a large drug seizure during an investigation in St. Albans, according to police.
Michael Hoover Sr. was arrested on Monday and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, the St. Albans Police Department announced in a news release.
The arrest followed an investigation involving two search warrants. During the searches, officers seized approximately 1.3 pounds of methamphetamine, 7 grams of cocaine, 37 grams of marijuana, and various prescription medications.
Hoover is currently being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
