
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Lexington woman charged with murder is scheduled to appear in court on Friday in connection to a fatal shooting that occurred earlier this year.
Mia White, 40, is accused of fatally shooting 24-year-old Elmer Eldridge in May during what police have described as a domestic violence incident. The shooting took place on Newtown Pike.
Authorities confirmed that Eldridge’s death was the sixth homicide in Lexington this year.
The investigation remains ongoing, and more details are expected to emerge during White’s upcoming court appearance.
