PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies arrested Maykol William Tarajanomontalvo Thursday evening following an alleged attempt to evade law enforcement, according to a report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO).

Tarajanomontalvo, identified as a White male, was taken into custody on suspicion of failing to obey a law enforcement officer’s order to stop, selling a Schedule I controlled substance, and possessing a controlled substance without a prescription.

The arrest is documented under Report No. 543685, published at 6:25 p.m. on January 15, 2026. PBSO did not release additional details regarding the alleged pursuit or the type and quantity of controlled substances involved.

Authorities stressed that the arrest represents allegations only, and Tarajanomontalvo is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Information on bond, formal charges, or upcoming court proceedings has not been made public.

Under Florida law, fleeing police and drug offenses carry serious legal consequences, including potential prison time if convictions are secured. The investigation is ongoing, and additional information may be released as court records become available.
