JEFFERSON PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A man accused of contractor fraud has been arrested following an investigation by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office (JPSO). Marlon Thomas, 50, was taken into custody on Friday, May 3, after several complaints were filed against him in 2022 and 2023.

Authorities revealed that Thomas is facing charges of residential contractor fraud, exploitation of the infirm, and theft valued at over $25,000.
