TOLEDO, Ohio — Marcus Vice, 21, and Tywone White, 35, have been indicted on multiple felony charges, including aggravated murder, in connection with the fatal shooting of 70-year-old Scott Hirschfield. Hirschfield was found shot inside a North Toledo home on December 12.
Lucas County Common Pleas court documents show both men face counts of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, aggravated robbery, and felonious assault, each carrying a three-year firearm specification.
According to investigators, White accompanied Vice to Hirschfield’s home, where Vice allegedly shot the victim. The pair then fled on foot. Surveillance video, witness testimony, and the ongoing investigation linked both men to the crime.
White and Vice were arrested on Monday and booked at the Lucas County Jail. Both pleaded not guilty at their court appearance on Tuesday, and a judge set bond at $1 million each.
