Manhattan Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Including Robbery and Domestic Battery

Anthony Toliver faces several criminal charges for incidents spanning from May 2024 to January 2025

MANHATTAN, KANSAS — 35-year-old Anthony Toliver, a resident of Manhattan, was arrested on Monday in connection to a series of criminal incidents that occurred between May 2024 and January 2025. Toliver was taken into custody in the 2700 block of Buttonwood Drive, where authorities apprehended him based on an arrest warrant issued by Riley County District Court.

Charges Against Toliver
Toliver faces several serious charges, including:

Criminal Deprivation of Property

Two Counts of Criminal Damage to Property

Robbery

Theft

Domestic Battery

Intimidation of a Witness or Victim

He remains incarcerated at the Riley County Jail on a $20,000 bond. His case is expected to proceed in Riley County District Court.
