Man Arrested in Vanasthalipuram for Selling MDMA, Accomplice on the Run

A 42-year-old man was arrested during a raid by the State Task Force of the Excise and Prohibition Department on Tuesday, charged with selling drugs. Officials reported that they seized seven grams of MDMA, a mobile phone, and a two-wheeler from the suspect.

The accused, Thotapally Jaiprithvi, a resident of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, was apprehended near Kranthi Hills Colony in Vanasthalipuram. Authorities are now working to trace his accomplice, Kattamanchi John, who is believed to be involved in the drug trade with Jaiprithvi.

The investigation is ongoing, with efforts to gather more information on their network and the source of the drugs.
