Vietnamese American singer Lynda Trang Dai, whose full name is Ngo Lynda Trang Dai Le, was arrested in January at Orange County Jail, Florida, on charges of retail theft after she allegedly stole a $330 AirPods case at a Gucci store. The incident led to her release on bail.
According to records from the Orange County Clerk of Courts, Lynda was accused of stealing goods valued between $100 and $750, a misdemeanor under Florida law. Her bail was set at $1,000.
Court documents reveal that on January 4, Lynda purchased two bottles of perfume at a Gucci store. However, she was caught taking an AirPods case, valued at $330, from the counter, concealing it under her belongings, and leaving the store without paying. The next day, she returned to the store, where she was arrested.
