KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Three individuals were arrested Friday in a drug bust at a Kissimmee residence, where authorities seized cocaine, MDMA, oxycodone, cannabis, and a firearm, according to the Kissimmee Police Department.
The investigation led officers to 17 N. Thacker Ave., just down the street from Osceola High School. During the raid, two of the suspects were found to be selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of the school, resulting in serious felony charges.

Luis Samuel Alvarado, 47 – Sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school
Diana Irabor, 57 – Sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school
Ricardo Rivera, 54 – Arrested on a failure to appear warrant
Police Statement & Community Impact
Authorities emphasized their commitment to tackling drug-related crimes, particularly those endangering young students.
“The worst part was that we charged two of the arrestees with selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school,” police stated in a release.
The investigation remains ongoing, and the suspects are currently being held at the Osceola County Jail.
