OXFORD, Miss. — A 46-year-old Oxford man has been arrested and charged with grand larceny following the theft of a trailer, the Oxford Police Department announced.
Officers responded to Monroe Avenue on May 29 after receiving reports of a stolen trailer. The investigation led them to County Road 225, where the trailer was located.
Also at the scene was a vehicle belonging to Lucas John Fisher, who was quickly identified as the suspect.
Fisher was arrested and charged with grand larceny. He was brought before a Municipal Court judge for his initial bond hearing.
