Louis Diedrich, 35, of Celina, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with a 1st Degree Misdemeanor in connection with a domestic violence incident.
According to a complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Diedrich is accused of striking the victim in the head with a closed fist and then taking them to the ground. Authorities also allege that Diedrich placed the victim in a chokehold during the altercation, causing injury to the victim’s knee in the process.
Following his arrest, Diedrich was taken to the Mercer County Jail and is being held without bond. He is scheduled for an appearance in Celina Municipal Court.
