Lonnie Edwin Folk, 49, of Salisbury, Pennsylvania, was arrested following an investigation by the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. The probe, conducted throughout August, led to a warrant being issued for Folk on multiple serious charges.
He faces two counts of fourth-degree sexual offense, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of indecent exposure, and two counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Folk was taken into custody on August 18 and transported to the Garrett County Detention Center. He was later released after posting a $5,000 bond.
The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to examine the case.
