PIEDMONT, Mo. — A copper theft investigation at the Chip Mill in Mill Spring has led to the arrest of four individuals, including Logan Hicks, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Logan Hicks was arrested on active warrants and charged with stealing property valued at seven hundred fifty dollars or more.
The investigation began on February 4 and led to the execution of three search warrants. As a result, Misty Iler, Mary Runk, Saundra Peppers, and John Cox were taken into custody.
Misty Iler faces charges of delivering a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mary Runk was charged with delivery and possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and eight counts of unlawful use of a weapon. She was also arrested on outstanding warrants.
Saundra Peppers and John Cox were each charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
