BRECKENRIDGE, Texas — Logan Bills, 25, was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder in connection with the shooting death of 64-year-old Vernon Lee Glenn last Friday.
Bills was arraigned in Stephens County Courthouse on Monday afternoon, where he faced the murder charges. Authorities allege that Bills was involved in the shooting that led to Glenn’s death.
