Liv’s Disappointing Encounter with Aylifun Boutique

A boutique customer has gone viral on TikTok after sharing what she described as “disgusting” service from the online boutique Aylifun. “OK, TikTok, I need you to do your thing and blow this up because I’m literally fuming right now,” she exclaimed.

Liv ordered nearly $90 worth of items from what she thought was a “cute country boutique” on June 4, but her excitement quickly turned to frustration when the items did not arrive until August 10—over two months later.

“I think this is really disgusting that a company could wait this long when they promised seven days max,” she stated in her video, which has garnered 399,300 views. “And it took two months.”

Liv claimed she was given a fake tracking number and, when the items finally arrived, only one item—a pair of earrings—was correct. However, the earrings were broken. She displayed a pair of striped, elasticated pants, which she described as “Dollar Tree quality,” noting they were nothing like the brown romper she had ordered.

She also showcased a pearl necklace that she received instead of the black beaded necklace she had selected. Additionally, Liv presented a screenshot of a 3-in-1 pendant necklace she ordered, comparing it to the single, knotted metal dice necklace that arrived instead. One item from her order was missing entirely.

“None of these are even the same color,” Liv added. “It’s not like they mixed up the product because of the color; they just grabbed something next to it because it’s similar.” She questioned whether the items she received were returns and emphasized that she wanted the products she had paid for.

“I think this is really terrible that a company could do this to somebody,” she concluded. “It’s just—it’s really gross.”
