Texas A&M Star Running Back Le’Veon Moss Arrested for Disorderly Conduct
Texas A&M junior running back Le’Veon Moss was arrested early Sunday morning in College Station on a disorderly conduct charge. The incident occurred when Moss allegedly made threats toward a stranger and continued to behave aggressively, prompting law enforcement to intervene.
According to a police report, Moss was “speaking aggressively” to multiple individuals, including people who attempted to interact with a woman accompanying him. Though the exact cause of the confrontation remains unclear, officers determined that Moss’s behavior warranted arrest.
Another individual in Moss’s party was also taken into custody for interfering with police during the arrest. Moss was later released on a $300 bond.
Texas A&M has not yet issued a public statement on the matter.
Moss was the Aggies’ leading rusher last season, tallying 765 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 121 carries, along with 141 receiving yards. His season ended prematurely due to an injury suffered against South Carolina.
A top recruit in the 2022 class, Moss was ranked as the No. 86 overall prospect and the No. 3 running back nationally by Rivals. Originally from Baton Rouge, he remains a key piece of Texas A&M’s offense heading into the upcoming season.
