TRION, Ga. — Leslie Michael Wilson, 50, was arrested at the West Rome Walmart after allegedly using other people’s ticketed receipts to obtain refunds, authorities reported.
Wilson is also accused of trespassing on the property, despite being previously banned from the store.
He faces charges of theft by deception and criminal trespass.
