DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – One woman has been arrested and two others are wanted by Decatur Police in connection with an organized retail theft involving over $3,800 in merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store.

The theft occurred in May 2025 at the Ulta location at 1214 Point Mallard Parkway. Following an investigation, Lakesha Dyer, Kadieza Timmons, and Ronisha Timmons were identified as suspects. On May 30, Decatur Police obtained warrants for Organized Retail Theft against all three.

The next day, May 31, Birmingham Police apprehended Dyer during a routine traffic stop. She was arrested and handed over to Decatur authorities, then booked into the Morgan County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

Meanwhile, Kadieza Timmons is currently in custody at the Madison County Jail with no bond, stemming from a probation violation. She had previously been on probation after reportedly hitting two Huntsville police officers with her car in a 2023 incident at Parkway Place Mall.

In another prior case, Kadieza was convicted of assault after being caught on video punching an adult store employee following a separate theft.

Ronisha Timmons remains at large along with Kadieza in the current Ulta Beauty case. Both still have active warrants for Organized Retail Theft.

Police are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kadieza or Ronisha Timmons to contact the Decatur Police Department.
