BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — Kyron T. Milner, 35, was convicted on Nov. 20 for burglary and resisting arrest following a 2024 incident at a Binghamton business, according to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office.

The conviction relates to an arrest on Dec. 28, 2024, after officers responded to a business alarm at 200 Court Street. Security footage revealed Milner inside the premises. Upon arrival, police encountered a man matching the video’s description and later confirmed it was Milner.

When questioned, Milner falsely claimed to be an employee of the business. He resisted arrest, leading to the additional charge.

Milner faces up to seven years in state prison, with sentencing scheduled for Feb. 20, 2026, in Broome County Court.
