Kyle Wissler Arrested for Methamphetamine, Identity Fraud in Falls City


FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office has reported multiple arrests, including one involving Kyle Wissler, a 39-year-old man from Falls City, who is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and THC wax. He is also suspected of being a habitual criminal, committing identity fraud, and violating vehicle document regulations, including failure to deliver title.

In addition to Wissler’s arrest, the sheriff’s office reports that a 64-year-old woman from Humboldt and a 51-year-old man from Adams were arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). A total of five individuals were arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Furthermore, a 23-year-old man, Lucas Juarez-Batz, from Holton, Kansas, was arrested on an immigration hold. He was taken into custody on a failure to appear charge in Richardson County.
