Kulvir Singh of Vikas Nagar, Phagwara, reported that his grey scooty (PB09 AA 8665) went missing on September 29 around 12:30 pm after he visited HDFC Bank for urgent work. Despite extensive searches, the vehicle could not be located. During investigation, police gathered evidence implicating Gulshan Kumar and Rajiv Kumar, residents of Jalandhar, in the theft. Both accused have been arrested, and a case has been registered.
