MILLINGTON, Tenn. (WMC) — The Millington Police Department has announced the arrest of a man wanted for multiple serious offenses, including aggravated kidnapping and unlawful possession of a weapon.
On August 27, officers with the Millington Police, in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team (FAT), served active warrants on Kionn Rodgers.
Rodgers, a convicted felon and registered sex offender, had been sought in connection with multiple charges.
Thanks to coordinated efforts, the U.S. Marshals successfully located and apprehended Rodgers, with assistance from both Millington Police and Shelby County FAT.
No further details have been released regarding the circumstances of the alleged kidnapping or Rodgers’ court appearance.
