A Duplin County woman, Kimberly Christina Harrell, 41, has been arrested in connection with the theft of multiple firearms from a home in Lenoir County, according to the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies began investigating the incident on Feb. 14, 2026, after a residence was unlawfully entered and five firearms were reported stolen. Collaborative efforts with the Duplin County Sheriff’s Office led to Harrell being identified as a suspect.
Harrell was charged with one count of second-degree burglary and one count of larceny of a firearm. She is currently held at the Duplin County Jail under a $30,000 secured bond.
The investigation into the theft remains ongoing.
