Kevin Serrano-Valle, 30, Arrested for Sexually Assaulting 7-Year-Old in North Carolina
Kevin Serrano-Valle, 30, is in custody at the Johnston County Detention Center without bond after being accused of sexually assaulting a 7-year-old child.
Authorities said the incident occurred at the Alta Mobile Home Park in Clayton, NC. Serrano-Valle was apprehended outside Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and extradited to North Carolina to face charges.
He is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child and one count of first-degree statutory sex offense.
The investigation remains ongoing.
