GULFPORT, Miss. — Three Gulfport residents, including two teenagers, have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery, vehicle theft, and drive-by shooting early Sunday morning.

On June 1, 2025, at approximately 1:39 a.m., Gulfport Police responded to Silver Ridge Avenue following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers discovered over 20 shell casings, and found that two vehicles and an occupied home — with both adults and children inside — had been struck.

Following an investigation, police arrested Keston Kente Vaughns, 19, charging him with Shooting into a Dwelling, Armed Robbery, and Motor Vehicle Theft.

Two 16-year-olds, Elijah Markell Parham and Kevion Dekaria Hannibal, were also taken into custody and each charged with Armed Robbery and Motor Vehicle Theft.

Authorities say the trio assaulted the victim at gunpoint, stole money, and fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.
All suspects were booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Vaughns is being held on a $1,250,000 bond, while Parham and Hannibal are each held on $1,000,000 bonds.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Gulfport Police at 228-868-5959 or Mississippi Crime Stoppers at 877-787-5898.
