On March 30, detectives from the Hammond Police Department Narcotics Division arrested Kenyarie Guzman, 29, of Ponchatoula, on multiple outstanding warrants. Following his arrest, law enforcement officials executed search warrants on both the vehicle Guzman was driving and an apartment located on Kay Lane.
