ONTARIO COUNTY, N.Y. – An 18-year-old woman from Pittsford, Kathleen Mary Casey, was arrested in connection with a shoplifting incident at Eastview Mall, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest stems from an incident on May 21 when Casey and a juvenile accomplice allegedly stole $171 worth of merchandise from the Von Maur store located at 300 Eastview Mall Drive in Victor.
Following an investigation, Deputy Fischer arrested Casey around 3:16 a.m. on May 22 and charged her with petit larceny.
Casey was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to face the charge.
Authorities have not released further details regarding the juvenile involved.
