The Bhiwandi Crime Branch has successfully arrested two criminals from Karnataka in connection with a laptop theft from a godown. According to the police, the accused duo forcibly broke into the godown, stole a number of laptops, and fled the scene.
Following the incident, a case was filed, and the Crime Branch initiated an investigation. Assistant Inspector Dhanraj Kedar, who led the probe, received crucial intelligence and, after analyzing CCTV footage and technical evidence, was able to identify the criminals. The suspects were traced to Kanyakol Tanda, Taluka Shahpur, District Yadgiri, Karnataka.
The arrested individuals were identified as Dilip Basavaraj Chavan (20) and Arjun Munnu Rathod (23), both residents of Purnagaon, Bhiwandi. Authorities have commended the quick and efficient work of the crime branch in solving the case.
