A Fayette County man has been found guilty of multiple drug-related offenses following a two-day trial, prosecutors said.
Justin Kile Legg, 30, of Oak Hill, was convicted of four counts involving fentanyl mixed with xylazine, ketamine, and methamphetamine, along with conspiracy to deliver fentanyl and methamphetamine, according to the Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said that between September and October 2024, Legg sold fentanyl combined with other controlled substances on four separate occasions in Oak Hill. Evidence presented during the trial indicated he continued trafficking drugs into November before his arrest.
Authorities also introduced text messages from Legg’s phone, which prosecutors say showed he was aware he was distributing fentanyl and that it was mixed with other drugs.
Legg is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on April 13. He faces between 3 and 15 years in prison for each delivery count, along with 2 to 10 years for conspiracy. He is currently being held without bond at Southern Regional Jail after it was revoked following his conviction.
