Joshua Norfleet to Face Murder Charge in Livingston Market Shooting

21-year-old arraigned for fatal shooting of clerk Jehad Alzaben

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Joshua Norfleet, 21, is scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m. Friday on a murder charge tied to the fatal shooting of 47-year-old Jehad Alzaben at the Livingston Market on May 25.

Court records indicate that Norfleet entered and exited the Livingston Market multiple times on the night of the shooting. His presence was confirmed through credit card transactions made during four visits to the store that evening.

Norfleet was apprehended by U.S. Marshals in Coshocton on June 12 and was extradited to Franklin County on Wednesday evening to face charges.
